Arkansas – March 15, 2025. Governor Sanders declared a state of emergency severe weather that has disrupted the lives of many Arkansans. To assist residents struggling to overcome these obstacles, the Arkansas Insurance Department issued a 60-day grace period for premium payments which allows policyholders’ coverage to remain in effect despite late or nonpayment of premiums. The grace period remains in effect through May 15, 2025.

Check to see if your State Insurance Department has issued a Bulletin for areas affected by a weather event, natural disaster, or other emergency. Your premium payment due date may be extended. Please call Customer Service at 800-635-7801 if you need assistance.
